Partner & Support: Fuel the Movement

Fuel the Movement: Powering the Next Generation of Black Leaders

Every dollar, hour, and partnership is a direct investment in Black women’s economic parity and leadership.

Our North Star is clear: equip 5,000 Black gender-marginalized individuals globally with the skills, networks, and confidence to advance their careers by 2028. This is how we actively close the systemic wage gap, where Black women in Canada currently earn just 58.5 cents for every dollar earned by white men. Your support is the essential fuel for this systemic, community-led change.

Invest Directly in Economic Parity

Your one-time or recurring donation ensures we maintain free and accessible educational programming, microgrants, and vital community resources. This is where your funds hit the ground running.

Donation Amount = Your Direct Impact
$25/mo: Funds a student’s transportation to a crucial in-person session of The Fellowship or Project Up.
$75 (One-Time): Provides a package of sustainable menstrual products to three individuals for a full year.
$250/mo: Sponsors a seat in a professional development workshop for one young Black woman, equipping her with career-readiness skills.
$1,000 (One-Time): Contributes directly to the Black LGBTQ+ Microgrant Fund, supporting a queer Black entrepreneur’s budding business.
