This is how we actively close the systemic wage gap, where Black women in Canada currently earn just 58.5 cents for every dollar earned by white men. $25/mo: Funds a student’s transportation to a crucial in-person session of The Fellowship or Project Up.
$75 (One-Time): Provides a package of sustainable menstrual products to three individuals for a full year.
$250/mo: Sponsors a seat in a professional development workshop for one young Black woman, equipping her with career-readiness skills.
$1,000 (One-Time): Contributes directly to the Black LGBTQ+ Microgrant Fund, supporting a queer Black entrepreneur’s budding business.
