Project Up

Project Up is a career-readiness and professional development program designed to support the educational and career advancement of Black women and Black gender-diverse individuals. This initiative serves as a knowledge-sharing platform and learning experience that addresses the systemic barriers Black women face in accessing and thriving within academic and professional environments.Through a series of culturally relevant and evidence-informed workshops, participants gain the tools, strategies, and resources needed to successfully navigate their educational journeys and transition into meaningful careers. The program is tailor-made for Black gender-marginalized communities and equips youth with sustainable, future-focused skills to support long-term success, both during and beyond the program.
