The Fellowship is a 7-session personal and professional development program designed to support the growth of Black women through intentional learning, mentorship, and community-building. Curated by and for Black women, the Fellowship offers a dynamic series of workshops led by Black educators, professionals, and thought leaders across various industries. Each session is thoughtfully designed to foster both skill-building and knowledge-sharing, while creating a supportive environment for participants to explore identity, leadership, and career development. Through this experience, participants gain practical tools for success, build confidence, and connect with a vibrant network of peers and mentors. The Fellowship is a space to foster relationships and inspire lasting change.
- Must be between the age of 18-25
- Must reside in Ontario
- Open minded individuals that are ready to commit and participate in all 10 sessions.
